The strategy centered around:<br data-start=\"1068\" data-end=\"1071\" \/>\u2022 Strong positioning within the market<br data-start=\"1109\" data-end=\"1112\" \/>\u2022 Elevated presentation to highlight value<br data-start=\"1154\" data-end=\"1157\" \/>\u2022 Targeted exposure to qualified buyers<br data-start=\"1196\" data-end=\"1199\" \/>\u2022 Creating urgency instead of waiting for it<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1247\" data-end=\"1314\">This was a deliberate shift designed to generate results quickly.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"1316\" data-end=\"1332\">The Result<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"1334\" data-end=\"1385\">Once the strategy changed, the response followed.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1387\" data-end=\"1584\">\u2022 Time on market before our involvement: approximately 4 months with no acceptable offer<br data-start=\"1475\" data-end=\"1478\" \/>\u2022 Time to secure an acceptable offer: 3 weeks<br data-start=\"1523\" data-end=\"1526\" \/>\u2022 Outcome: Accepted offer and successful path to closing<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1586\" data-end=\"1664\">Within just three weeks, the condo moved from stagnation to a deal in place.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"1666\" data-end=\"1688\">What This Proves<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"1690\" data-end=\"1777\">There is a clear difference between being listed and being competitive in the market.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1779\" data-end=\"1934\">Buyers respond to clarity, presentation, and confidence.
