Initially listed in January 2024, this unit had a promising start but faced challenges along the way.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"283\" data-end=\"612\">After its first listing in January, the property generated interest but didn&#8217;t lead to any offers. In April 2024, the unit was re-listed with the same agent in hopes of attracting potential buyers. Unfortunately, despite the fresh listing, interest remained lukewarm, and the property ultimately expired in October 2024 without receiving any offers.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"614\" data-end=\"952\">Recognizing the need for a fresh approach, the client turned to Jason Lapene Real Estate in December 2024. Our team was determined to breathe new life into the listing. We implemented strategic marketing efforts and focused on highlighting the unit\u2019s unique features. Our hard work paid off when we produced an offer on December 19, 2024.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"954\" data-end=\"1244\">With the offer in hand, we worked diligently to finalize the sale. We are thrilled to share that Unit 1005 at Realm officially closed on January 21, 2025.
